Minor Ailments

Minor Ailment Assessments and Prescribing

Our pharmacists are qualified to assess and treat common ailments. A common ailment is a short-term, less serious medical condition that does not typically require blood work or lab tests. Examples include cold sores, mild acne, heartburn, hay fever, fungal skin infections, and yeast infections.

Our pharmacists are trained to assess your common condition and prescribe a prescription medication or make a recommendation for an over-the-counter medication. If the pharmacist believes your condition is more serious and requires follow-up, they will refer you to a doctor.

To reduce the need for emergency or urgent care visits, ask your Pharmacist for help! Get expert advice and treatment for common ailments without the long wait.
